Vento Upvc Systems

Vento Upvc Systems is situated at Survey No. 292, specifically Plot No. 4-222 in Ramreddy Nagar. We are right in the heart of Phase V of the Ida Jeedimetla industrial area. This is a very busy part of town with a lot of manufacturing going on. Our workshop is basically a large shed where we keep all the UPVC profiles and the glass panels. The main thing you notice when you walk in is the sound of the cutting machines. We have to be very precise with the measurements because if a window frame is off by even a few millimeters, it won't fit the wall. We spend most of our time welding the corners of the frames and fitting the rubber gaskets. It is a very dusty environment with small bits of white plastic everywhere. My crew and I wear masks most of the day because of all the fine particles in the air. We load the finished frames onto a small truck and send them out to different construction sites around the city. It is hard work, and the edges of the frames can be quite sharp if you are not careful. The office is just a small corner partitioned off with some plywood where we keep the order books and the tape measures. We don't have much time for anything other than cutting, welding, and loading. It is a practical business that relies on getting the measurements right and getting the work done on time.
