Our building is at Plot No 54/5 in Phase-I of the I.D.A. It is a standard industrial unit in a very busy part of the estate. There are always trucks driving past and the sound of other factories nearby is constant. We use this space to work on our technology projects and handle our daily operations. Inside, the floors are concrete and the walls are mostly covered with shelves for components and tools. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you’ll just find us in the back working on a piece of equipment or checking a shipment that just arrived. The air can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the big shutters open to let the breeze in. Most of the people working here have been part of the team for years and they know the routine by heart. We focus on getting the technical parts right and making sure the stuff we make is sturdy enough for industrial use. Being in Phase-I makes it easy for us to get materials delivered, even if the roads are a bit bumpy. We just go about our business every day, trying to keep our machines running and our orders moving out on time. It is a practical environment for people who like to build things.
