Technovision Auto Components Private Limited

We work out of Plot No. 15 in the Akiwate Co. area, which sits right opposite the Industrial Estate in Jai Singhpur. There is always the sound of machinery and trucks around here. We make auto components and it is a very hands-on process every day. The workshop is big and filled with different machines and metal parts. It’s not the cleanest place, but that’s because we are actually making things here. We have a small team of workers who know their jobs well. We spend most of our time on the factory floor rather than in an office. Jai Singhpur has a lot of these kinds of businesses, so we fit right in. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, making it a challenge for the delivery vans to get in. We have a routine that we follow every day to get the orders filled. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear work clothes and don't worry too much about appearances. The focus is always on the parts we are making. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work. It is a steady life. We have been at this plot for a good number of years now. People in the industrial estate know us as the guys across the way. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There is a lot to do when a finished part is ready to leave.
