Bn Bakers

Bn Bakers is located over on Nehru Road, specifically in the 6th Lane. We are quite close to the IDBI Bank on Pugal Road here in Bikaner. If you are walking down the lane, the smell of bread or whatever is in the oven usually hits you. It is a simple bakery. A big sitting area or a fancy cafe setup isn't something we have here. Most of our work happens in the back where the ovens are kept. We start very early, usually before the sun is even up, to get things ready for the morning. Bikaner can get really hot, and the kitchen is even hotter. We just get on with it. The 6th Lane is a busy little spot, and having the bank nearby means there are always people walking past our door. We see the same faces every day, people stopping in for their daily bread or a few biscuits on their way home. Not much talking happens, we just keep the trays moving and the shelves filled. It is a regular neighborhood bakery. Since we have been here on Nehru Road for a bit, we just like making things that people enjoy eating. It is hard work and the hours are long, but that is just the way the baking business goes. We stay busy and keep the ovens running.
