Baldwin Dias Exports

Our place is located in the Dr. Ambedkar Society, right near the industrial estate on Shirol Road. It is a convenient spot because we are close to where a lot of the goods are actually made. The office is small and tucked away, nothing too impressive to look at from the outside. We handle exports, which mostly involves a lot of waiting for trucks and checking manifests. The area around Ambedkar Society is usually quite dusty because of all the construction and the heavy vehicles passing by. We keep a simple schedule, starting early before the sun gets too hot. There is no air conditioning in the main room, just some old ceiling fans that click while they spin. We spend our time making sure the cargo is packed correctly and that the drivers have the right directions. It is a lot of manual tracking and writing things down in big notebooks. We are not tech experts, we just use what works to keep things organized. Shirol Road can be a bit of a mess during the monsoon season with all the mud, but we manage to get things out anyway. We have lived and worked in this area for years, so we know the local transporters pretty well. It is a modest operation, just us doing our part in the export chain without any fuss or big promises. We just try to get through the work.
