Sharanya Tiffin Center And Fast Food

If you come to Ananthasagar in Hasanparthy, you will find our tiffin center. We start very early, usually way before the sun is even up. We have to get the fire going and the batter ready for the idlis and dosas. The air gets thick with the smell of chutney and frying oil pretty quickly. We also do fast food items later in the day when the younger crowd comes by. It is a small place, so it gets crowded and hot during the breakfast rush. We don't have fancy menus or waiters. People just come to the counter, tell us what they want, and we give it to them on a plate. Sharanya Tiffin Center is a family thing, so you will see us all working there, some chopping vegetables and others serving the tea. Hasanparthy is a busy area, so there are always people moving past our door. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and washing the big steel pots we use for cooking. Sometimes we run out of something popular like sambar and have to cook a fresh batch fast. We just try to keep the food hot and the service quick so people can get to their work. It is noisy and busy, but we like the routine of it. We have been in Ananthasagar for a while now and most of our customers are regulars.
