Durga Bhavani Poly Clinic

Down here in Hasanparthy, things move a bit slower than the main city of Warangal. Our clinic is right on Gandhi Street, and most people just tell others to look for the Gandhi Statue. If you see that, you’ve basically found us. Durga Bhavani Poly Clinic has been part of this neighborhood for a long time. The building is an older one, but it stays cool even when the sun is beating down on the street. We get a lot of local families coming in. Some days it’s quiet and we just sit and talk, other days the waiting room is full before we even open the shutters. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything is in order. The medicine smell is always there, but you get used to it after a while. We try to keep the records organized, but sometimes it takes a minute to find a specific file for someone. The local tea shop delivers to us twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. It’s a simple life. We don’t have any of those fancy digital tokens, people just wait their turn and talk to each other while they sit on the benches. It feels more like a community spot than a cold office. We’ve seen kids grow up and bring their own kids here. That’s just how it goes in a place like Hasanparthy. We keep the doors open and do the work daily.
