We are located at 4-36 in Ramavaram, which is in the Kodakandla area. Polakonda Farm Products Producer Company is a group of us from around Jangoan and Warangal. We all live and work in this part of Telangana. The address 4-36 is where we gather to talk about the crops and the prices. It is a simple building, nothing special to look at. We are a producer company, which means we are just a bunch of farmers working together. We don't have a corporate headquarters in a big city. Our headquarters is right here in the village. We spend our days out in the fields around Ramavaram. The weather in Jangoan can be very tough, either too dry or too much rain at once. We share our tools and our knowledge to try and make things easier for everyone. There is no boss in a fancy chair here. We just sit in a circle and figure things out. Sometimes we have meetings under the shade of a tree because it’s cooler than being inside. We don't use any complicated English or marketing talk. We just talk about seeds, water, and soil. Our goal is just to keep our farms going and provide for our families. It’s been our way of life for a long time now in this part of Warangal.
