Pravirsa International Foundation

Our foundation is out in Village Rakhawa. It’s part of Post Belwa in the Mariahu Tehsil. If you are coming from Jaunpur, it takes a little while to get here because the roads can be a bit narrow and bumpy through the countryside. The pin code is 222161. Pravirsa International Foundation is rooted right here in the village. It’s a very different vibe from the big cities. You can hear cows and the sound of tractors most mornings. We have a simple building that we use for everything. There’s no fancy air conditioning or glass partitions. We just have open windows and some wooden chairs. Most of the people who work here are from around this area. We know the local families and the history of the village. It’s a slow pace of life, but we stay busy with the local needs. Sometimes the power goes out for a few hours, so we just sit outside in the shade of the trees and wait it out. It’s an honest way to live and work. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or a big marketing team. We just have our names and this location. People know where to find us if they need to talk. We’re usually around from morning until the sun starts to set. It's quiet work, but it matters to the people who live down the road from us.
