Neepak Community Foundation

If you ever head out toward Village Mehadiganj near the Mokalpur post office, that is where you will find us. We are based in the Tahsil Mariyahu area of Jaunpur, which is a quiet part of the state. The Neepak Community Foundation isn't run out of a big city building. Instead, we work right where the people are, among the fields and the small roads of Jaunpur 222161. Most of the time, our work involves talking to the villagers about their daily needs or seeing how we can help with small local projects. It is a simple life here, and our office reflects that. We have some wooden chairs, a few old cupboards for our files, and a lot of people coming in and out during the day. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to reach the further parts of Mehadiganj, but we don't mind the dusty roads. It’s just part of the job. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology; a lot of what we do is just face-to-face conversation. People know us by name around here, and they know the way to the office if they need something. We try to keep things organized, but in a village setting, things tend to happen at their own pace. We are just a group of local people trying to help out our neighbors in this corner of Uttar Pradesh. It is basic work but we stay busy.
