Most of us grew up around here or in nearby villages. We don't go in for those flashy corporate meetings you see in the big cities. Usually, we just sit around a table with some tea and figure out the schedule for the week. It’s practical work. When someone needs a wall fixed or a new structure started, they come by the house or give us a call. Things move at their own pace in Jaunpur, and we’re fine with that.
