Hindmaa Foundation

We are over at 11 Nai Bastibakshipura. It’s a busy spot here. People come in and out all day. We’ve been at this foundation for a bit now. Sometimes it gets a little loud outside with the traffic, but we just keep working. We handle things as they come. It's not a fancy office. Just some desks and chairs and the paperwork we need to get through. Most of us live nearby so it's a short walk to get here in the mornings. We usually start early before it gets too hot. There's a tea shop down the street where we get our morning chai. It’s pretty good. We try to stay organized but sometimes the files pile up when things get busy. We mostly just focus on the people who walk through the door needing help. It’s basic work, nothing too complicated. We just try to do what we can with what we have. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we have to wait around. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address. People find us anyway. The neighbors are nice, and we all know each other around this part of Nai Bastibakshipura. It’s just how things are here. We don't spend much time thinking about being a "big organization." We are just here doing the daily tasks. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or what's happening in the area. It keeps the day moving along. We have a small porch where we sit for a minute if the office feels too crowded with papers.
