Grandsan Estates is based out of Jaunpur, specifically at 383 Na, Vazidpur Tiraha. It’s a local place and we are local people. We aren't some big corporation from a huge city; we live and work right here. The office is at a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic and people going about their business. We don't mind it. It reminds us that there is plenty of life and movement in Jaunpur. Our day usually starts early, checking on whatever construction or land work is currently on the go. We don't have a polished way of speaking or any secret business strategies. We just talk to people like neighbors because that’s what most of them are. If a project is running late, we tell people why. We don't try to hide behind fancy excuses. The work is physical and often involves standing out in the sun for hours, but it’s what we do. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. We aren't looking for awards or big headlines. We just want to keep the office running and make sure the buildings we work on are solid.
