You’ll find us on the second floor of the Sulaxmi Complex in Jaunpur. We’re right near Hotel J.P. in the Olandganj area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people moving around. We handle restro services, which basically means we spend our time making sure food gets from the kitchen to the customer without too many problems. It’s an OPC, so it’s a small operation, mostly run by a couple of us who wanted to do something for ourselves. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a lot of phone calls. We deal with local restaurants and try to help them manage their orders better. Jaunpur is a place where things can be a bit slow sometimes, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve had days where the power goes out and we have to work by candlelight just to keep the records straight. It’s not always easy, and we make mistakes sometimes, like anyone else. We don't use any big fancy software that costs a fortune. We just use what works for us and the guys we work with. We’re local people who know the streets and the shops around here. We aren't some big tech company from the city. We’re just here in Olandganj trying to make the food business work a little smoother. It keeps us busy from morning until late.
