DELA BUILDESTATES

We are DELA BUILDESTATES, located over in Dhannupar. Our office is actually at House Number 283. It’s a quiet part of Sadar-Jaunpur, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise. We’ve been involved in the building and real estate side of things for a bit now. It started out as a small idea and just grew from there. Dealing with property and construction in a place like Jaunpur means you get to know a lot of people in the community. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's a smaller team here, mostly local people who know the land and the local rules. We spend a lot of time looking at plots and figuring out what can actually be built there. It’s not always easy work, especially when the paperwork gets complicated. We try to be straightforward about what we can do. Sometimes projects take longer than we’d like because of supplies or labor, but we just keep at it. Most of our days are spent between the office and the actual sites where things are being built. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular house where we handle the business. We focus on getting the structures up and making sure the foundations are right. That's really all there is to it. We're just trying to make a living and build something useful for the area.
