At Radhey Crusher Udyog, we spend our days out on Tapkara Road in Kunkuri. We are based in the Mr Ghanshyam Das Agarwal Building. The work we do is pretty loud because of the crushing machines, so you can usually hear us before you see us. It’s a lot of grit and hard work. The building itself is sturdy, which is good because the machines shake things up quite a bit. We get a lot of trucks coming in from the main road to pick up crushed stone and gravel. It’s dusty work, and at the end of the day, we’re usually covered in it. We don't have fancy uniforms or a lobby. It’s just the site where the work gets done. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years, so they know the machines inside and out. Sometimes a belt breaks or something gets stuck, and we have to stop everything to fix it. That’s just part of the business. We try to keep the piles of rock organized so the trucks can get in and out quickly. Kunkuri is a decent place to be based, even if it gets a bit hot in the summer. We just keep our heads down and keep the crusher running as much as we can. It’s a simple life, focused on production.
