Our place of work is in Pochandbali, which is in the Bhadrak district of Odisha. It’s a location that has a lot of history for us, especially being associated with the family of the late Rabindranath Jati. We are not in a big city with skyscrapers and traffic jams. It’s a much more rural and quiet setting here in the state of Odisha. Our office is simple and functional. We don't need a lot of modern bells and whistles to do what we do. We have our desks, our basic equipment, and a small team of local people who know the area well. It’s a very straightforward way of working. Sometimes the goats from the nearby fields wander near the entrance, and the air is much cleaner than in the big metros. We handle our daily tasks without much fuss. There’s no corporate dress code here; we just wear what is comfortable for the weather. It’s an honest environment where everyone knows each other. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and we like the slow pace. It allows us to focus on our work without the distractions you find in places like Bhubaneswar or Cuttack. We just do our bit every day and try to keep things running properly. It’s a modest setup but it suits us just fine. We just work hard and take care of the business from this small corner.
