Yash Breeders & Hatcheries Private Limited is located out in the village of Pendri. We are based at the same spot as Shimar Motors Service, which is run by Kulwant Singh Bhatia. It’s a bit of a mixed-use space but it works for us. Being in a village like Pendri means we have a bit more room than if we were in the middle of a big city. Breeding and hatcheries take up a lot of attention. You can't just leave things alone for too long. We spend most of our time out with the stock or checking on the equipment. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty, but that’s the life of a breeder. We aren't some big conglomerate with fancy buildings. We are just a local operation trying to make things work in the village. Kulwant is usually around if there are any issues with the motors or the property. It’s a practical arrangement. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing emails unless we absolutely have to. Most of our business is done in person or over the phone. If you come out to Pendri, just look for the motors service and you’ll find us. It’s a quiet place most days, though it gets busy during certain seasons. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the hatcheries. It’s a good way to live and work. There is always something that needs fixing or checking on around the property.
