Our office is out in Singhripara village, which is part of the Balauda block in Janjgir Champa. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it puts us right where the work is happening in Chhattisgarh. We are under the Budgahan post office. This location is basically a hub for our operations in the district. We don't have a polished corporate office; it’s more of a site-based setup where the staff can gather and sort out the day’s plans. Living and working in a village like Singhripara means you get to know everyone. We handle a lot of the logistical hurdles that come with being in a more rural district, like making sure the trucks can get through and managing the local labor teams. The office itself is simple, mostly just some files, maps, and a few desks. We spend a lot of time out on the actual sites, so this place is often quiet during the middle of the day. It’s a practical way to run things. The heat in Janjgir can be pretty intense, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and people know us by name rather than just as a company. It is a straightforward operation without any unnecessary frills. We just focus on getting the projects finished and keeping things moving.
