Gyankunj Public School

Gyankunj Public School is located on Baradwar Marg in Sakreli. It’s right in the Janjgir Champa area. We’ve got a mix of ages here, from the little ones to the older kids. The school building is pretty straightforward, just some rooms and a hallway. We have a small playground where the kids play football or just run around when they have free time. It’s dusty sometimes, especially when the wind picks up on the Marg, but we try to keep it clean inside. The teachers are locals, mostly. They know the families well. We don't go for big ceremonies or anything. We just follow the calendar and teach the subjects. Sometimes we have to deal with broken windows or plumbing issues, like any other place. It’s not a huge institution, just a local school for the community. Families around here know where to find us. We open up early and stay until the last bus leaves. Life in Sakreli is slow, and the school follows that pace. We have the usual blackboards and desks. Parents come by to talk about their kids' progress now and then. It’s just us doing our jobs. Our school has sat on this same corner of Sakreli for ages. No big changes, just the same daily grind of school life. We just try to keep the environment decent for everyone who walks through the doors.
