Annapurna Rice Industries Private Limited

We are based over at Ward No. 6 in Baradwar, right where Rajesh Sharma’s place is. It’s a busy spot in Janjgir-Champa and we’ve been running Annapurna Rice Industries Private Limited from here for some time now. The facility isn't something out of a magazine, it’s a working mill where things get done. You can usually hear the machines humming if you walk past our gates. We handle a lot of rice, mostly local stuff from the fields around Chattisgarh. It’s a messy job sometimes with all the husk and dust flying around, but we’re used to it by now. The team is mostly local guys who live nearby and walk to work every morning. We don't have a big fancy website or a sales department to handle calls. People just know where we are and they come by when they need to talk business or check on their orders. It’s practical work. We focus on getting the rice processed and sent out to the markets on time. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains hard and we have to worry about the damp, but we manage. It’s just how life is in a small town like Baradwar. We’re just here doing our bit in the rice trade, making sure the orders are filled and the trucks are loaded. It’s a long day but we like the routine.
