You can find us in Gaurella, which is part of the Bilaspur district. We are actually located at the Pinaki Shobha Hospital and Maternity Care. Dr. Pavan Kumar Singh is the one in charge of the space. Being inside a hospital setting means there’s always people around and things happening. It’s not your typical quiet office environment. We hear the sounds of the hospital all day long. The foundation work happens right alongside the medical care that goes on in the building. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we make it work. We have our little corner where we keep the files and the computer. Most of our day is spent coordinating different things and making sure everything is documented properly. Because we are in Gaurella, we get people coming in from the surrounding areas of Bilaspur. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for people to reach us when they are already coming to the hospital. We don’t have any big slogans or marketing materials. We just do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes it’s busy and sometimes it’s quiet, depending on the day and the season. Dr. Singh is usually around if something urgent comes up. It’s a practical arrangement that has worked out well for us over the last few years since we started here. We just try to stay out of the way of the doctors and nurses while we work.
