We operate out of the Bilaspur area in Chhattisgarh. Our main focus here is the cement plant operations. It’s a large site, and there is always something going on. The air is thick with the sound of machinery and the smell of raw materials. We don't have a fancy office in the city center. Instead, we are right where the action is. Our team consists of people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We spend a lot of time on the floor or in small portacabins near the loading docks. It's not a place for suits and ties. We wear boots and safety gear mostly. The sun in Bilaspur can be brutal, so we start our shifts early. We deal with truck drivers, loaders, and technicians all day long. There’s a lot of shouting to be heard over the noise of the grinders. We don't really do "meetings" in the traditional sense; we just talk over what needs to be fixed or moved. It’s a very practical environment. We focus on getting the bags filled and onto the trucks. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to scramble to fix them. It's just the way it goes here. We aren't polished or corporate. We’re just a group of people making sure the cement gets out to the builders.
