Maruti

Maruti is located at House Number 10, in Sector 1 of Pamposh Colony. We are right by the main stop in Janipur, Jammu. It’s a good spot because everyone knows the main stop, so it makes giving directions to visitors a lot easier. Being in Jammu, we see all the seasons, and sometimes it gets quite cold in the winter months, but we just bundle up and keep the office going. The office is basically a converted part of the house, so it has a very personal and local feel to it. We aren't tucked away in some giant skyscraper. We are right there in the colony with everyone else. Most of our day is spent handling whatever comes through the door. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well, which makes the work go smoother. We don't have any of those corporate mission statements hanging on the walls. Instead, we might have a calendar and a few notes pinned up. It’s a practical way to work. The street outside is usually busy with people heading to the stop, and we like being right in the heart of Janipur. It feels like we are part of the daily life here. We just do our work, talk to the neighbors, and try to keep things running. It's not a complicated setup, but it works for us and the people who come by to see us. We’ve been in this house for quite a while now.
