Radha Eco Brick

We've been making bricks out in Raghunathganj for a while now. The yard is located at Radha Brick Field in the Ailer Upor area. Murshidabad is where we grew up, so it made sense to set up here. When we started, we wanted to try something different with these eco bricks. It's not the same as the old way people used to do things around here. We spend most of our days out in the sun, making sure the mix is right. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, especially during the rains, but that’s just part of being in this business. My brother and I manage the site. It's dusty work. People from nearby villages usually come by when they are building a new wall or a small house. We don't have a fancy office or anything. Just the field and the kiln. You'll find us right near the post office area if you're looking. We mostly talk to customers who walk in or call us on the phone. It's a simple life. We just try to get the bricks out on time. Sometimes the trucks are late getting through the mud, but we do what we can.
