This is Raghu’s shop, and we’re located at number 48 in Kadapagandi Thanda over in Jangam. It is a small place where we do a lot of xerox work and printing for the people nearby. Most of our customers are students or people needing their ID cards copied for government work. The machine can be a bit temperamental when it gets hot, so I have to give it a break sometimes. The shop isn't very large, just enough room for the copier and a small counter where I sit. I’ve been running this for a while now. It gets busy in the mornings when everyone is rushing to get their papers sorted. I usually keep some extra paper and ink under the table so I don’t run out in the middle of a job. There’s a tea stall nearby, so I usually grab a cup when it's slow. The lights inside are a bit bright, but it helps me see the small print on the documents. People around the Thanda know me well. I don't have a website or anything like that, just a board outside that says Xerox. It’s honest work and I enjoy talking to the people who come in. Sometimes I help them fill out their forms if they’re having a hard time. It’s just a basic shop in a busy little area. We just try to stay open and keep the machine running for whoever needs it. It might get a bit crowded when four people are waiting, but we manage to get through it.
