Shad Sales & Hardware

Shad Sales & Hardware is out in Bhachiyar Village, which is part of the Jamui Block. We are situated pretty close to the Lic Bypass Road. It’s a bit more rural out here compared to the city, which we actually like. The shop has a lot of space, which is good because hardware takes up a lot of room. We have piles of things everywhere, from small screws to bigger items. It’s not always the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. The bypass road nearby means we get people stopping in while they are traveling between towns. Most of our regulars are local folks from the village or nearby farms. We spend a lot of time chatting with people about what they are building or fixing. It’s a slow-paced kind of life here. We open up when the sun comes up and usually head home once it starts getting dark. The building is simple, just brick and tin, but it keeps the rain off the stock. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. If people need us, they just drive down or send a message with someone passing by. It’s a direct way of doing things. We just try to keep the shelves stocked and help out whoever walks in with a problem to solve. It’s honest work that keeps us busy every day, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
