You'll find Niicatic Of India Foundation over in Paharpur, which is part of the Teliadih panchayat in the Kharagpur block of Munger. We’re set up at Mani Kr. Singh’s place. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s right in the middle of where we need to be. The office is pretty simple, just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet up to discuss what’s happening in the block. Munger is a big area, but out here in Paharpur, things are a little slower. We like it that way because it gives us time to actually focus on our tasks. We don't have any fancy signage or big billboards. People just know the house. We spend our days dealing with the usual administrative stuff that a foundation has to handle. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the rains when the roads get muddy, but we still show up. It’s just us and a couple of tables. We talk to the locals, handle the paperwork, and try to keep everything organized. It’s not a corporate setup at all. It’s just a group of people working out of a home in a rural area. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. We just sit down, see what needs to be finished, and do it. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for a while now in this same spot, just keeping the records straight and helping out.
