Around Masoudhi, everyone knows where the Sitla Mandir is. That is basically how people find us at JMK Construction and Developers Private Limited. We are located right there in Naya Tola at House Number 05, care of Sadanand Singh. It is not a corporate building or anything like that, just a regular place where we manage our construction work. We do a lot of different things related to building and developing in the Jamui area. Most of our days are spent out on the roads or at different sites checking on progress. It gets pretty dusty and loud sometimes, but that is just part of the job. We have a small group of people who handle the paperwork and the actual labor. We try to keep things moving as fast as the supplies come in. Sometimes the trucks are late or the weather turns bad, and we just have to deal with it as it happens. We started this company because there was a lot of work to be done around here. People need houses and they need someone to help with the development side of things. It is honest work and we have been doing it for a while now. We don't really have a big sales team. Usually, it is just neighbors talking to neighbors about who is building what. We just want to finish the jobs we start without too much trouble. It is a simple operation run by local folks who know the area well.
