We are located in Mihijam, specifically in the Kangoi area within Jamtara. Our office is at the residence of Sanjet Ray, who is the son of Madhu Ray. It is a very local setup, right in the heart of the community. We don’t operate out of a big glass office; it’s more of a home-based business where we handle all our construction paperwork. Jamtara is a place where things move at their own pace, and we fit right into that. Most of our work is about building and infrastructure in this part of the district. We have a small crew and we spend a lot of our time on the road or at various job sites. In the office, you’ll mostly find stacks of paper, some measuring tapes, and maybe some old site photos. We know the people around here, and they know us. If there’s a problem with a wall or a roof, we are the ones who go out to look at it. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We have to deal with the mud during the rainy season and the dry heat in the summer, but that’s part of the life here in Kangoi. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy descriptions. We just build things and try to make sure they stay standing. It’s a simple life and a simple business, run by people who live right here in the neighborhood.
