Nirakar Constructions and Developers is based right here in Jamtara. You can find us over at 14/310 on Matri Ashram Court Road. It’s a busy enough area, especially with the court being so close. We started this as a one-person company because that's just how things worked out at the time. Being an OPC means I handle a lot of the heavy lifting myself, from checking the supplies to talking to the crews. We focus on building stuff that lasts. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather in Jharkhand gets tough. We’ve had days where nothing seems to go right, but we just keep pushing through. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's functional. We have our files, some old maps, and a lot of coffee mugs sitting around. People stop by to ask about local land or how to start a small renovation. We try to give them a straight answer without a lot of fluff. Sometimes we're out at a site for three days straight, so the office stays locked. That's just how the construction business goes. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in the state. We just want to do right by the folks in Jamtara. It’s our home. If you're walking down Court Road, you'll see our sign eventually. It’s been there for a while now. We just do our thing and stay busy. There is always something to fix or a plan to draw up.
