We've been operating out of Islam Nagar for a while now. Our office is right there on Road 12B, and it’s usually pretty easy to find if you know the Kopali area at all. Construction is a messy business, but it is what we do every single day. Most of our mornings start quite early, often before the sun gets too hot over Saraykela Kharsawan. It isn’t always the most glamorous work, dealing with piles of bricks and heavy bags of sand, but it keeps us busy. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local team making sure the projects get finished. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, especially when the heavy rains come through Jharkhand, and we have to put things on hold for a bit. Those days we mostly sit in the office and catch up on the paperwork that seems to never end. Our desk is usually covered in site maps and old tea cups. We know the neighbors around here and most people recognize our trucks when they go by. It’s a lot of physical work, and by the evening, everyone is pretty tired out. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people when they walk in. You just find us working. It feels right to be part of the local building scene here. We've seen how much the district has changed over the years, and we just want to keep doing our bit.
