Wipro Inforch

Our office, Wipro Inforch, is at L-6-37 in Tube Colony, Baridih, Jamshedpur. It’s a well-known area for people who live around here. We’ve set up our workspace in a way that’s simple and functional. There aren't any big glass walls or expensive paintings. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. We have our computers and some basic desks. Being in Tube Colony means it’s a relatively quiet place to get things done. We aren't trying to be the most famous business in Jamshedpur. We just want to do our jobs properly and go home. Most of the people working here are from the local neighborhood. We have a routine that involves starting early and taking a short break for tea in the afternoon. The building is just a regular one, nothing fancy about it. We don't use a lot of corporate language or try to impress people with big words. We just talk like normal people do. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just deal with it and keep moving. It’s an honest, everyday kind of job. We’ve been in Baridih for some time, and we like the community feel of the place. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized without making a big fuss about anything. It’s just how we operate here at L-6-37.
