Our place is located at Ellahi Manzil along the Kogilu Main Road. If you know Yelahanka at all, you know this part of Bangalore is growing fast. We are sitting right on the first main in Uthi Nagar. It’s a straightforward engineering office. Usually, the phone is ringing with questions about ongoing projects or technical specs. We do a lot of structural calculations and site inspections. The office is usually busy, and there’s always someone coming or going to a job site nearby. We have been in this neighborhood for a bit, so the locals know where to find us. Dealing with engineering problems is basically our whole day. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with all the files and folders everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the big corporate presentations or anything like that. We just look at the numbers and the drawings and make sure the math works out for the builders.
