Utsav Mittal & Associates operates out of Q Road in Bistupur, Jamshedpur. Our office is right opposite Hotel South Park, which makes it a very convenient spot for clients who are visiting from out of town. Bistupur is a busy commercial area, so there’s always a lot of movement outside our windows. We handle a lot of professional services, which means our desks are usually piled high with folders and stapled documents. It’s a small office with a few chairs for visitors. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. Most people just walk in and sit down to talk about their taxes or legal questions. The noise from the traffic on Q Road is something you just get used to after a while. Sometimes we go across to the hotel for a quick tea or to meet someone. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We aren't big on corporate talk; we just tell people what the situation is and try to help them figure things out. Our team is small, mostly just a few people who have been working together for years. Jamshedpur is a town where reputation matters more than fancy ads. We've been in this spot for quite a while now and we know the other business owners on the street. It’s just a regular office doing regular work for the people in this city. We keep it simple.
