Usha Martin, Jamshedpur

This is a specific setup we have over at Parvati Awas in the Promathanagar area of Parsudih. It is flat number 21, so it feels a lot more like a home office than a big factory site. It’s located in a quiet residential pocket of Jamshedpur, which is a nice change from the noisier parts of the city. Dr. Ramkrishna Goswami’s name is on the location, and it has a very personal feel to it. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things for Usha Martin from this spot. It’s not a place with big signs or a lot of foot traffic. Mostly, it’s just us doing the paperwork and keeping the records straight for the local branch. Parsudih is a decent area to work in, though it can be a bit of a trek if you are coming from the other side of town. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have big board meetings. We just sit down, get through the lists, and handle the correspondence. It is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the Parvati Awas building specifically. We’ve been here in this part of Jharkhand for a while now and we like the community. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a small group of people working out of an apartment space to keep things moving. It’s simple, it’s quiet, and it works for us. We just focus on the daily chores.
