We are located at Delta 276 inside Sahara City, which is over in the Mango area of Jamshedpur. It’s near the telephone exchange in Pardhi, so it’s a fairly easy landmark to give people. Being in Azadnagar gives us a bit of a different feel compared to the heavy industrial zones. It’s a bit more of a neighborhood vibe here. Our office is set up in a way that’s simple and functional. We don't go in for fancy decorations. There’s a desk for everyone and enough room for our files. The weather in Jamshedpur can get quite hot, but we’ve got some decent fans that keep us going. We spend most of our time dealing with the administrative side of things for Usha Martin Industries. It’s a quiet place most days, except for when the local traffic picks up. We know our neighbors and usually stop to chat for a minute if we see them outside. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just have a job to do and we do it as best as we can. We’ve been in this part of Jharkhand for a while now. Most of the people working here live just a short distance away. It’s a modest setup, but it’s home for us during the work week. There is usually someone around to answer questions if you drop by, but we are mostly just busy with the daily grind.
