The Blues

The Blues is located at number 10 on Kalimati Road, right in the Sakchi area of Jamshedpur. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time. Sakchi is always moving, so being here keeps us right in the middle of everything. It's not a very big place, but it's ours. We set up shop here because we liked the energy of Kalimati Road. When people walk in, they usually notice that we don't have all the flashy decorations you see in some of the newer places in town. We prefer keeping things simple. The walls have a bit of character, and the furniture has been around, but it is comfortable. We mostly see locals who are out doing their shopping in Sakchi and need a place to sit for a while. It's a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but once you step in, it gets a lot quieter. We don't spend much time on fancy advertisements. Most people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. We do our own thing here and try to make sure anyone who stops by feels okay. It's just a small business in Jamshedpur trying to provide a decent spot for the community. We are open most days and someone is always around if you need anything. That’s really all there is to it. Just a local place called The Blues on a busy road.
