Thakur Traders

You’ll find Thakur Traders over in the Jemco Azad Basti area, specifically in Lakshimi Nagar near Burma Mines. It’s an older part of the neighborhood, and we’ve been here long enough that we feel like a permanent part of the street. We deal in various trading goods and general supplies. Our shop isn't much to look at from the sidewalk, just a standard storefront with a lot of stock packed inside. It can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around the shelves. We spend a lot of time organizing and re-organizing things to make more room for new items. The Burma Mines area is always active, so there’s a lot of foot traffic and heavy noise from the industrial sites nearby. We like the energy of the place though. We aren't the type to use big words or have a polished look for our customers. We just wear our old work clothes and get to it every morning. Sometimes the stock gets a bit dusty, but we try to keep it as clean as possible. It’s a small operation, mostly just family and a couple of local helpers who live nearby. We know the people around here very well. If someone is looking for something specific, they know they can just ask us and we will look for it. We don't always have everything in stock, but we try to help out as best as we can.
