Telco Construction Equipment Company Ltd.

We are located right within the Telco premises at Tata Motors. It’s a massive industrial site, and being here means we are right in the middle of all the action. We deal with heavy construction equipment. Our days are spent surrounded by the sounds of the plant and the sight of large machinery moving around. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have a separate fancy office building; we are just part of the overall Tata Motors landscape. Our work involves a lot of logistics and technical support for the equipment we handle. It’s a lot of talk about engines, hydraulic systems, and steel parts. We spend a lot of time on our feet or in the workshop areas. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We usually have a bit of grease on our hands by the end of the day. We’ve been operating from these premises for a long time. It makes sense for us to be here so we can be close to the machines and the people who use them. We handle orders and maintenance schedules from a small office tucked away in the facility. It’s busy and it’s noisy, but it’s where we belong. We just focus on making sure the equipment is ready to go whenever it’s needed on a construction site. It’s hard work, but we’ve got a good team here who knows their stuff. We usually grab lunch at the local canteen and talk about the day's repairs.
