Tata Steel

We are located at 3 Duplex in the Vijaya Heritage complex, which is over in the Uliyan part of Kadma. It is a bit different from the usual industrial settings you might expect for Tata Steel. This place feels more like a home, which actually makes the workday a bit more relaxed. We are still in Jamshedpur, of course, so the steel plant is never really far from anyone's mind. Being in a duplex means we have a bit more space to breathe than in a standard office block. We use this location to manage a lot of the local affairs and bits of business that don't need to be right on the factory floor. It is a nice area with a bit of green around, which is a change from the heavy industrial zones. We spend our time here dealing with the day-to-day tasks that keep a massive company like ours functioning on a local level. It might be coordinating with workers or just handling the mail, but it all needs to happen. The atmosphere in Uliyan is pretty steady, and we have good relations with the people living nearby. We don't try to stand out too much. There is no big neon sign or anything like that. Just a regular door at Vijaya Heritage where we get our work done. It is a quiet, honest way to handle the steel business, and it suits us just fine. We just keep at it every day.
