We are located at Madho Prahlad Hardware Merchant over at Tiranga Chowk. It is on Ganjline in Rajnandgaon. It is a bit of a different setup because we are tucked in with the hardware business. You will see the signs for tools, pipes, and supplies before you see our desk for Tata Steel Ltd. Jamshedpur. It is a busy intersection, so there is a lot of honking and people passing through all day long. We do not have a separate entrance, so you just come through the main shop area to find us. The smell of metal and industrial supplies is everywhere, which feels right for the work we do. Our corner has a computer, a couple of old chairs, and stacks of ledgers. It is not fancy at all. Sometimes customers come in looking for a specific bolt or tool and end up talking to us about steel orders. We just point them to the right person or help them out if we can. The floor is concrete and the lights flicker a little when the heavy machines next door start up. It is a very local way of doing things. We know most of the people who walk by every day. It is more of a community spot than a corporate office. We handle the Rajnandgaon side of the business from right here between the stacks of hardware. It is practical and keeps us close to the actual products and the people who use them every day.
