We’ve been based out here in M.V.Palem for quite some time now. Most people around Kothavalasa know the area well, though finding the exact spot for Tata Steel Limited sometimes takes a minute if you aren't from around here. It’s Vizianagaram, so the weather is exactly what you’d expect—mostly hot and a bit dusty when the wind picks up near the roads. The office itself isn’t anything too flashy, just a practical place where we get the day’s work done without much fuss. Usually, the mornings start early before the sun gets too high, and you can see people heading toward the site. It’s just how things move in this part of Andhra Pradesh. We don't have big signs everywhere or anything like that. It’s more of a local rhythm here. The address says M.V.Palem, and that’s exactly where you’ll find the gates. It’s a long way from the big city centers, but we like the pace. Sometimes the internet acts up or the tea stall down the road is busier than usual, but that’s just life in Kothavalasa. We aren't trying to be something we're not. It’s just a solid place to work, handle the steel business, and go home at the end of the day.
