Tata Steel Limited

You can find our office at 72, New Baradwari in Sakchi, Jamshedpur. We are actually located where Dr. D.K. Ganguly has the Ganguly X-Ray Clinic. It’s an unusual setup for a Tata Steel Limited office, but it works for us. Sakchi is a very busy part of town, always full of people and shops. Being near the clinic means there are always people around. The pin is 831001. Our space is functional. We don't have any decorations or fancy carpets. It’s just tiles, fans, and desks. We share the general atmosphere of the building, which is quite busy and practical. Sometimes the smell of the clinic or the sound of patients waiting reaches us, but we are used to it by now. It’s just part of the local life. We handle our paperwork and our daily routines without much fuss. There’s no big lobby here. You just walk in and find us. We’re not trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just local workers doing our bit for the company. The chairs are a bit old, and the desks have some scratches, but they do the job. We like the fact that we’re right in the middle of Sakchi. It feels like we are part of the real city, not just stuck in some isolated office park.
