Bistupur is one of those places in Jamshedpur where everything feels familiar. Our office is over at 57, Old Professional Flat, right on IC Road. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We don’t have those big glass windows or shiny floors you see in movies. Instead, we have solid walls and desks that have seen a lot of use. Being in Jamshedpur, we are right in the heart of where things happen for Tata Steel Limited. The flats here are older, but they’ve got character and they stay relatively cool during the peak of the afternoon. We usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through. You can hear the city outside—the traffic on IC Road and the general bustle of people going about their business. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We’re more concerned with getting our work done and staying organized. It’s a local team here, and we mostly just talk about the work and the weather. Sometimes we share some snacks during the mid-morning break. It’s a simple routine that works for us. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby; we're just here to do the job we’ve been given. If you walk down IC Road, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we keep our heads down and get on with things every day. We just take it one task at a time.
