We are located over in Jamshedpur, specifically at Cottage Number 22 in Gangotri Enclave. It is right on Anil Sur Path in the Ullyan neighborhood, near Kadma. Being in Jharkhand, we are right in the heart of where a lot of this kind of work happens. Our setup is more of a cottage-style office than a big industrial plant, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than you might expect for an ispat and power company. The enclave is a decent spot, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of the staff live nearby, so they don’t have a long commute, which is nice. We spend our time managing the details of the projects and making sure things stay on track. It is a lot of phone calls and checking over documents. Jamshedpur has a specific rhythm to it because of all the industry here, and we fit right into that. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us at a desk drinking tea and working through the daily logs. It’s practical and it works for us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We just try to do a solid job every day and keep things moving forward without making a big fuss about it.
