Shanti Industries

Shanti Industries is located within the Radha Krishna Mandir Complex on New Purulia Road in the Mango area. It’s an interesting spot because the temple is right there, which brings a different kind of energy to the place. We’ve been operating our small industrial unit here for quite some time now. Our daily routine involves a lot of manufacturing tasks that keep us pretty occupied from morning until evening. The space we have isn't massive, so we have to be smart about how we arrange our machines and raw materials. It can get a bit noisy when everything is running at once, but that’s just the sound of work being done. We have a small crew of dedicated workers who know the ins and outs of our processes. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch if a customer needs it urgently. The office part is just a small partitioned area with a couple of chairs and a table where we handle the bills and the phone calls. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy office supplies. Most of our focus goes into making sure the products are made correctly and the machines are oiled. The road outside is always busy with people and vehicles, especially during festival times when the mandir is crowded. We like being part of this local community and seeing the same faces every day as they pass by our door while they go about their business.
