We've been at Qtr. No. C-3/1 in Golmuri for a while now. Most people around the Worker'S Flate know where we are located. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or expensive furniture, just a regular spot where we sit down and look at blueprints all day. We do a lot of architectural consulting for folks here in Jamshedpur. Usually, it starts with someone dropping by to talk about a house they want to build or a renovation they’re thinking about. We spend most of our days drawing up plans and making sure things are lined up right with the local rules. It gets pretty busy sometimes, especially when there are a lot of different projects going on at once. We handle the paperwork and the technical drawings so the owners don't have to worry too much about that part of the process. Our desk is usually covered in papers, pens, and old rulers. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask a quick question about a wall. It's a local thing, being part of the community here in Jharkhand. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to handle social media. Most people hear about us from their friends or family. We just keep our heads down and do the work as it comes. If you’re walking past the worker's flats, you'll likely see our light on late into the evening. It’s just how we get things done.
