You can find us at the Aali Shaan Tower, specifically unit 2/2. We are right in Jawahar Nagar, opposite Road Number 9 in Jamshedpur. It’s a busy spot near the Mango post office. Being in Azad Nagar means there’s always a lot of activity outside. Ruhul Builders Pvt Limitd isn't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team working out of this tower. The elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so most of us just take the stairs. Jamshedpur gets quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the desks. The office has a few computers and a lot of registers. We still like writing things down in big books because it feels more reliable. We get people coming in and out all day asking about different plots or building projects. It gets loud because of the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it after a week. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just handle the building side of things and talk to people directly. Usually, we wrap up by 7 PM, unless there is a big deadline. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers around here. It’s just how we do things in this part of Jharkhand. We keep it simple and keep moving forward.
