You can find Prasad & Compnay over on the Main Road in Parsudih, right near the Rakha Copper Project. Being so close to the project means we see a lot of the activity that goes on in this part of town. We’ve been operating here for quite some time now. Our day starts early, usually before the sun is all the way up, because that is when the road is quietest. We do a bit of everything here, mostly things that support the local industries and the people living around Parsudih. It isn't a glamorous job. We have a lot of ledgers, some old furniture, and a telephone that rings more than it probably should. We try to keep up with everything, though sometimes we get a bit behind when three people walk in at once. That's just how it goes in a small company. We know most of the faces that pass by our front door. It’s a community feel, even if we are just focused on our daily tasks. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. It’s just us, sitting in the office or standing out front, making sure the business stays afloat and the customers get what they came for. It's a simple life, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We're just regular people working on the main road.
